Craftique Co. (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a small handmade gift studio based in Pallara, Brisbane, Queensland. We respect your privacy and handle your personal information carefully, in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What information we collect
We only collect what we need to answer your enquiry and make your order. This may include:
- Contact details such as your name, email address and phone number.
- Order details such as the names, dates, colours, themes and messages you would like on your gift, the quantity and the date you need it by.
- Delivery details such as your delivery address, if you choose delivery or postage.
- Payment confirmation details. We confirm pricing and payment directly with you. We do not take card payments on this website and we do not store your card details.
- Messages you send us by email or through Facebook.
- Website usage information such as pages visited, device and browser type and approximate location, collected through cookies and analytics (see below).
How we collect it
We collect personal information when you:
- email us or send a custom order request
- message us through our Facebook page
- place, change or collect an order
- browse this website (through cookies and analytics tools)
Information about gift recipients
Personalised gifts often include details about someone else, like a name, a date or a short message. We use these details only to design and make that order. Please only share details you are comfortable having printed on a gift.
How we use your information
We use your personal information to:
- reply to your questions and enquiries
- design, confirm, make and wrap your order
- confirm pricing and payment with you
- arrange delivery, postage or pickup from our studio in Pallara
- provide after-sales help
- understand how people use our website so we can improve it
- meet our legal and tax obligations
We will never sell or rent your personal information.

Marketing
We will only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them. You can ask us to stop at any time by replying to the message or emailing us.
How we keep it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep it only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing info@craftiqueco.com.au. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Children
Many of our gifts are made for children, but we collect order details from parents, carers and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we have handled your personal information, please email us first and we will do our best to fix it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with the date it was last updated.
