We recommend 2–3 weeks before you need your order, especially for events or bulk quantities. Ask us about rush orders and we’ll let you know if a faster turnaround is possible.
We deliver around Brisbane and post Australia-wide (delivery and postage fees are paid by the customer), or you can pick up free from our studio in Pallara. We confirm delivery, postage or pickup details when we confirm your order.
We’re a made-to-order studio with no walk-in storefront, but we’re always happy to chat by email or on Facebook.
There’s no online checkout. We confirm pricing and payment details directly with you once we understand what you’re after.
